Issue with Making Library Override...

posted to: Rivet Walk Cycle

After I choose Make Library Override..., my keyframes turned grey and I can't edit, duplicate, and delete them anymore.  I don't know why. Can you show me  how to fix it?

I'm using Blender 3.0.

    Update:

The above error only occurs when I link Rivet to the new scene. I tried to append it instead of linking it, and it worked normally.

    Hi Tran,
Is the animation action located in the linked file?

If that's the case you will not be able to edit it when you link it in - because it's just referenced from the original file.

You will need to append that data if you want it editable.

This is something you might do if you had a whole bunch of saved animations (like walk cycles etc) in the rig file or even better a separate animation file especially made to be used as a starting point for different shots.

Let me know if that makes sense or if I misunderstood the issue.

Oh, I got it. Thank you Wayne.
