This is due to overlapping parts in the UV map. You can select the mesh faces of the side with the mirrored text. The corresponding UV vertices of this mesh selection are now visible in the "UV Editor". Select all these UV vertices and set the "Pivot Point" of your "UV Editor" to "Median":
Now scale the selection in the "UV Editor" along the X- or the Y-Axis by a factor of minus one:
