Here is a screen shot for any future students of where to find the OpenGL render in Blender 2.92 and up (unless the developer change it's location/name again).
The Workbench Render in the output settings does not equate to OpenGL of previous pre-2.8 Blender releases.

Yes it's in a new location as of Blender 2.8
It is now in the 3d viewport header under View > Viewport Render Animation
(you are using a 2.7 default layout which uses footers)
