Hi, I can't download the file. Each time I click download, it reload the page but doesn't download anything :'(
uunkilling Hello Unkilling, I just tried to download the file on my iPad using Safari and it worked. (Not sure what to do with it now on my iPad. Ha ha) I would suggest trying a different web browser and see if you have better results. Sorry for the technical frustrations, I feel your pain.
uunkilling The next thing I would suggest is to take a screen shot of where you are clicking and then press the little orange help button in the lower right hand corner. Send them your screen shot and description of what you are experiencing and let’s see what happens. They should be able to fix the issue and get you up and running again.
