need to change the topology for texturing.

Hello guys, 

what is the most easy way to fix this?

i first removed them, but now i realized i do needed it . i cant undo it anymore so i wonder what the most efficient way would be to do this

    You could use the knife tool to make those cuts and then dissolve the other edges.

    With the knife tool can i say go a straight line in the z direction, so its parallel to the rest?

    Sure, hit C (I think, double check the status bar for hotkeys) to constrain it to an angle.
