Preparing myself to create the watermill mechanism. I love gears and steampunk enviroments ^^U

I wouldn't want to grind anything with that ;)

Try and use it in your mind:

And the drawer is a bit too low in height I think...the ground pepper or coffee or whatever will come down in a heap...

But still a nice model :)

    I don't understand what's wrong  >_>

ladymito the horizontal 'pin' is  thicker, so it has less wriggle room and it is also shorter, so there will be less force trying it to 'angle it away' from it's horizontal position.

Most (but not all!) coffee-/spice grinders have their 'arm' like this:

And if not, they are like this:

Note how close the (in this case) wheel is to the 'gear'...

Oh, got it. When I make a realistic coffee grinder, I will keep this in mind.  :P

    Need some help ._.
Does anyone know how to create a realistic piston animation?

I can do a manual animation with keyframes, but I wanted the animation to relate to the constraints of the rest of the mechanism.

The gears seem to go in the opposite direction, but it's a gif glitch XD
