How do I constraint the camera to the torso in Blender 2.9?

seems that when I try to set the camera constraint to the torso in Blender 2.9, it make the rig inaccessible to pose mode.

Any suggestions?

In the Edit menu, disable "Lock Object Modes"

But you can also add a constraint by adding the it to the camera and then targeting the control in the constraint settings.

    Hope that helps.

For some reason every time I try to constraint the camera to any part of the Rivet proxy, it freeze the armature  and I can't edit it in pose mode. Even after I unchecked the Lock object mode.

Maybe I should try to do this after the animation is completed?

You might need to do a screen recording of the steps you are taking.
I'm sure I will be able to see what's happening and then help you out.
