What's the actual process for exporting the 2.81 library overrides?

You mention it briefly in the beginning that it just works in Unity, but what's the actual process involved for that?

    You still need to bake the action, but then you can export the rig right from your animation file instead of having to link the baked actions back into the original model file. It solves the problem pointed out @ 1:50. If you have any trouble with that, let me know!
