Guys. Softwares like Maya, during the retopology, you can smooth the area without lose the coordenates. See this Video aplication. There is possible on blender? The sculpt smooth doesnt work (the meshs sink inward). Thanks
In Blender use Surface Snapping when retopologising. Then CTRL+V > Smooth Vertices will smooth the selected area. Then press G, Enter to snap them back to the surface.
