My submission for the CORE - Texturing course Student Challenge.
I spent a significant amount of time on that project, trying my best to test almost all the techniques taught by Eva.
I had a ton of fun !
I combined the different parts of the shader into a group, in order to easily access some parameters such as paint color, stripes color, eyes squinting level.
I didn't made the eye texture (hello, wheatley !) but found it on DeviantArt.
I wanted to put the model on Sketchfab, but it seems that the GTLF doesn't work with UDIM textures, which i tried for the first time with this project... so, next time 😅 (yes, i am too lazy to bake...).
Cool result. This guy could work in a vault in Fallout.
First thing that popped in my head though was "I'm blue, da ba dee da ba di", so thanks for that ear worm. I don't like it :D

I'm not super happy with how the hand paited damage on the paint and stripes turned out, but it's still better than my attempt at putting a procedural edge wear mask, which was... absolutely terrible 😅.
