Since I finished Fundamentals of digital sculpting I wanted to check how things worked in the real world. After a bit more than a year finally made the leap. I was happy to see that some things translate quite well from the digital to the physical world.
Surprisingly I didn't miss Ctrl+z as much as I thought, but I really missed being able to change proportions after adding some detail. When adding detail I have more context and I can see issues with proportions which I can easily fix in blender but not here, hence the weird proportions seen here.

It's harder to get back to basics, but you're doing just fine.
Amazing challenge you undertook there Guillermo and a really cool result. I bet if you sculpted something with symmetry, you'd really really miss the mirror modifier.
