When we had the internet outage for 3-4 days, over this weekend, I went into my archives and found a older tutorial by Victor DenoΒ I decided to work on for practice. I experimented and embellished on the project, learned somethings and there still is a gun turret to do.
I have been told I suck at Blender from a friend on FB and chuckle and concur to that fact, lol. I am just beginning to learn Blender and also learning some sort of artistry all at the limitations from a chronic illness. I don't want to be using AI, as I am often told I should do, I'd rather develop skills so when I look back many years from now, I hope to see improvement and chuckle at how bad I was, lol Blendering is fun! πβ€πππ
This is my experimentation, embellishment, practice, WIP project. There is still a gun turret to do and haven't completely finished the SciFi crate
Awesome version of the sci-fi crate.
This looks a futurists version of the Arc of the Covenant,
I believe it's known as a Transplant Box today. π
Top job!
Thanks Adrian. I was experimenting in trying to get a organic look that is the basis of the scifi electrical power they use, kind of a 'organelectirc tech' idea, where they capture/imprison spirit like organisms. Star Trek Voyager had an episode where another Federation ship was stranded in the Delta quadrant and they captured theses creatures in another phase/dimension and used their energy to power their ship to the creatures demise, kind of the same idea except the organisms are molecules thick but looks like there is a depth to it. Too much time on my hands I guess, 8^].
Oh nice touch with the shiny translucent material part, looks killer. And overall is looking awesome. I think thought that a ground to stand on and get some nice shadows would be a great addition. π€πΌ
