Yes, everything was done in Blender with Blender Text (just using different fonts).
I did use an HDRI for the lighting, but deliberately kept the reflection in the 'glass' very subtle. I was thinking some kind of anti-reflective glass and as we are looking at it almost dead on, there wouldn't be much reflection.. I wanted to get a realistic look and in real life most things are just not that reflective as they are in a lot of cg renders ;)
Great work! Did you model & texture this clock only using Blender? Are those numbers & letters Blender text objects?
The only suggestion I have is may be to add some HDRI reflection on the front glass.
