Felt cute, might delete l8r. Here is an asset in a much larger scene that I am currently working on. I haven't sat down and done a 3D asset in a while so I wanted to update my portfolio.
This is a Chinese style chandelier so you may want to:
1. Replace demon symbols (Japanese) with dragon (Chinese)
2. Replace 少 and 下 with 龍 (Dragon)
3. Replace 他太相信那位有才华的小男孩 with 黑潭水深黑如墨,傳有神龍人不識 (Blackpool is dark as ink, rumored a mysterious dragon hidden underneath). It's a poem written by Bai Juyi from Tang dynasty
Also I just found
好了我们忘了这个电话 =
Fine we forget this phone number :D
relidin Thanks Benjamin! And ya that's all totally normal phrases, no idea what you're talking about... :D
For the wood panels, I think I Google translated a song I liked, so I guarantee that it won't make any sense, I'm not even sure what song it would be based on your translation either. XD
For the canvas symbols, I believe I found them in a typography package online somewhere, so they may also not make any real sense, contextually!
Great work. Have to point out some Chinese words are weird. duerer 鬼: Demon or ghost, this is the only one that make sense.
少: Kid or few
下: Down
他太相信那位有才华的小男孩:
He really believed in that talented little boy
What is this? Chunck?
duerer Thank you! It was a fun one to play around with, texture-wise.
As for the writings, I have no idea what they say anymore... :D I think they were direct translations from a (English) song I was liking at the time, so they probably don't even make sense!
aartdelish Thanks friend! This was a fun one to do, the contrast of colour and light made it an interesting challenge to texture, and finally render. :)
relidin Hey thanks for the insight!
Man, I've gotta wonder what song I was referencing to get these cryptic messages. :D

Awesome👍! Especially the texture of the translucent fabric looks super realistic.
PS: Could you please translate what's written on that chandelier😉?
