I've probably spent around 500 hours on this project so far. Modelling the house and most of the furniture inside. I first made a Huf Haus construction kit with the beams and standard modules, and then built the house using the modules. If I ever decide to do another Huf Haus design I can use the kit to start. Next stage is interior renders, but first I'll need to tidy up the rooms and add a few details. That may be an issue as this model is now stretching my PC to the limits. There are around 1700 objects in the scene and when rendering most of my 64Gbytes of memory is used. Rendered with Cycles in Blender 2.82a. I tried 2.83, but it crashed when I tried to render, old style or with the new adaptive option.
I've now rendered the interiors, to some extent. This prject is teaching me big time about optimising a scene. 306 panorama's are on my artstation and website. https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.artstation.com%2Fartwork%2FKr6AGx%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR38YkzR1nuzj2QcNuq8X3y1IoiD_oBMmQgtIq0218vDkz_BvRBmf_q2MFs&h=AT1nvt8C3Qo2J05d8iknLFutuhHBUG8b8OPhZ5LqjBhTitcBkoNX5Kp_qiNNSEigkzv6_xOyTg9A6LhD6Vv2rTzChDyqdPxzh7kF3YpRJf6If9SjDSCAFvZ23n9ZgB-IZC4MNef2105lEDENuQitndZzykVq2l8uu_gSGaDWKWsZHmMUIYk
Nice work, Mike!
