frikkr The effect is visible in the clay render because it is actually an Ambient Occlusion pass which I extracted in the Blender Compositor. I usually present AO pass as clay render whenever I need because it takes less to no time. Otherwise it is just a basic setup in the node editor where I connected noise texture with bump node connected to principled BSDF. It isn't effecting the geometry at all. I added two new images of Handle geometry and its material node setup in the project. :)
sarfrazahmed Ahh , nice, it works really well. is it actually affecting the geometry like a displacement though? Just it looks really crisp and highly detailled and you can see the effect in your clay render which has me wondering. If so then what level of subsurf did you go to to get the detail in the texture? Sorry for all the questions lol.
sarfrazahmed Thankyou for doing that :) , the node setup is really handy. I appreciate you going to all that extra effort!

Thanks frikkr I'm glad you liked it :) It's a procedural noise texture connected as a bump map.
Great work! I love the handle texture , how did you achieve it? Did you use a displacement texture?
