I played around with the light setup like Kent said.
I am quiet pleased with the image, except with that stupid neckseam.... I am currently unwrapping her again and importing her into substance painter and then repaint her skin textures.
The adventure i had with this project so far was amazing, I learnt so much stuff, and still am improving. Maybe someday I will reach a photo realistic look with her.
Till then, I will post all my process renders here and on my Blenderartists thread (https://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?373263-Ria) there you can see the whole process of creating her!

aecii HIii!! thank you very much for your comment!!
Hell I feel honored if you saved that image, so no problem at all! :-D ...
About the seams:
In fact this is real geometry, i placed everyone by hand, well half of them and then i used a mirror modifier. I modelled one of them and then dublicated it over and over again, and with surface snapping turned on it is quite easy to place them. So no real magic there ;-)... I hope this answered your question.

Very nice work there. Inspiring.
I'm curious to learn how you went about making the stitches on the corset and neck area. I saw the thread you posted but it didn't elaborate on that part.
I hope you don't mind I saved this to my inspiration folder.
