Yes, quite a few cycles materials can be baked then exported to a game. There is cycles baking tutorial on here I think but it does not go too deep. I was making a tutorial on baking this rock material but the video files got corrupted :/ I will probably make another tutorial this week after I release the rock update.
Oh, cool! I am definitely going to buy this pack you've got up. I do have another question, though, since you seem to know a lot about this stuff. Can cycles materials be exported as texture/light/normal maps and stuff? I haven't found this information out yet.
Sure did! This material is being added to my material pack this week. Those who buy the pack now get the update and all future updates free. The boulder material by default does not show the edges but adding it in takes very little effort. I upload videos showing tips for materials and will be adding one for the update. I love this style! Did you procedurally generate the edges on the rock texture?
