So, this is a test asset for a animation project I am currently working on. This is only the first itiration and is going to be changed but I figured I would share this here. It's rigged with constraints so that the suspension respects the location of the module, even when moved.
As always let me know what you guys think.

The paint effect was achieved by creating two node groups within the material one for the metal, one for the paint. Then I mixed them using a noise texture that I ran through a color ramp to harden the edges.
