I followed the Scifi helmet tutorials.
The sculpting process was very fun. The retopo part was harder than expected. I had some troubles with the wear and tear.
There is a lot of room for improvements (especially in the mouth area), but I'm overall happy with the result.
It's my first sculpted render, and my most complex object at the time.
Good job on the modeling. It is a bit dark and hard to really see the details on the front.
Blender allows you to control the many aspects of light and reflection by object and type of light. You can turn the individual components on and off.
I'm using the Compositor to add glare/blur to the lights. As you can see, I'm still looking for a solution to hide the lights that shouldn't be rendered : right ear (appears on the "nose") and top right.
