for this I had a little bit problem trying to get the right value, before there was too much contrast between the light and shadow, but not because of the value, I found a little difficulty trying to light the core shadow by hand, the circle of the light break the shape, so i had to find the right value of light and bounce light and blend well with the base shadow to get a good core shadow

Nice falloff on the light.
