This came from a thumbnail sketch I did while watching Sander Mosk’s tutorial on Creature Design.
It’s a Noogori that once roamed the jungle planet Kalzura. They once flourished in numbers close to 2 million, but its population has diminished to approximately 500 due to poaching. Their tails are highly sought for its purported claim of medicinal value. The male is worth double do to its bioluminescent tail, which used when trying to attract a mate. Fortunately, the Planetary Alliance for the Protection of Animals, also known as PAPA, has sheltered what remains of the Noogori population to an undisclosed sanctuary.
FAQ:
How big is it? They average about 15” from head to tail, but have been known to grow up to 20”. The males are smaller than the females. Average weight of 3 pounds
What does it eat? Mostly nuts from the Bzera tree or tiny little flies.
Where’s its arms? The claw like antenna are its arms. Multi-purpose use for climbing & catching food.
