The tooth material is pretty basic, I wanted to post a capture of the node setup but I didn't find how to do it in the comment :/
So it's a marble texture found on cg textures (whiter) in a diffuse shader. This diffuse node is mixed ( fac: 0.32) with a glossy ( roughness: 0.158), and this is mixed with an other glossy (roughness: 0.167) with in factor a Fresnel node (ior: 1.45). And a bump node connected from the color of the image to every normal input. I hope it's clear :)

May I ask how you did the bone/tooth material? I have an upcoming model I am working on to be rendered soon which has a skull in it and that effect would be perfect for it :)
