This was my first Blender Nation contest entry and took quite a bit of work. The contest was called "Above the clouds." Volumetrics in cycles had just come out so I experimented a lot with the clouds. All textures are procedural and I used vertex painting (or weight painting forgot which one it was) to put the snow on the mountain. Made in Blender
A good experiment. The cloud shape is too uniform. Pointy triangle repeatedly identifiable. Speaking of pointy things that is quite a peak at the peak. ;)
