Making some headway with work in progress picture on X-wing (within cockpit). Note: Pilot is a proxy model with only proxy textures (hence washed out - apologies). But I am making progress with the panels. I already have animated panels for main hud, engines, scan and radio (only two small ones missing). Next step is to texture the main physical panels in Substance Painter (as standard Cycles shaders are pretty "flawless" and create a ton of noise). Also need to see how to use portals for reducing the noise in the cockpit - but somewhat confident that at least window reflextions make sense now.
