Hah! I finally found time for this. It's today! :). Normally i would spent some more time for the piece, but I'm happy with the result. Enjoy!
Edit: this king is only half human. He has some powers. Some of them creates ice, but sometimes ice itself grows way too fast (even for a king) and king has some magic that can melt ice if needed. And he's about to use such spell.
