Victorian Creamatorium Work In Progress

Working on a spooky building. Lots of fiddly details.

The lower right levels need to be wider.  The windows are too close together.

Technically, so should the tower. . . or maybe the columns are too wide, but I have a way around that.

The arrays for the roof tiles have not yet been applied.

I'm going to do the bay window on the left on the first floor, but the right and back sides of the building I'm largely going to leave flat.

Lots of trim, wrought iron, and other details to add, but it's getting there.

Edit: Definitely doing the Dr. Frankenstein wrought iron detail on the roof.

The materials really aren't there yet.

It's easier to see what's going on with just the clay viewport.

Edit: I've largely stopped moving the roof tiles around for now, unless they're in the way. I'll get back to them when the blockout's closer to being done.

The roof tiles are just a plane, with solidify, bevel, subsurface, array, displace, and gosh knows what all else added.

Eventually I'll probably apply the array and individually mark up a few of the tiles, then scatter them about individually, but the array's good for now.

The curved windows with all the trim were. . . fun, but largely done now.

    As are the dormer windows.

I still have a bit of detail to add to the side of the house. Two cut-outs per level to make extra space for each room on the sides of the house, and the back isn't defined at all.

Dude the name alone is creepy. It's looking cool.

      Thank you Omar.

I'm pretty close to cutting in the dormer windows. We'll see how that goes.
