Done in 1.71. This was my take on Andrew Price's Architecture Academy tutorial on a lounge room. I changed it to a studio apartment, complete with balcony and view of San Francisco Bay. I used the floor plan, but added my own meshes.
The coffee table was done using the new Wireframe modifier - I can see a lot of potential for using this for simplifying creating metalframe chairs, tables, etc. As well, I used the IES addon for the accent lights on the artwork. It was a bit of a "happy accident" that they "lit up" when I shone the lights on them, and that the resulting reflections actually filled a dead space.
The artwork was from Creativity103.com, textures from CG textures, and the exterior photo from Flickr, done by Allie_Caulfield and used under a CC 4.0 licence.
