Hello! I used Blender to model the 3D from a 2D anime picture. I separated the render on 3 layers: 1. The head and and the accessories with it. 2. The wall and the lamp. 3.Windows in the back. After the final render i used photoshop to add the blue mist between the 2nd (Wall) and the 3rd (Windows) render.
