This is a still from a rough render test of a caricature human bust transforming into a rat-creature bust. This was based roughly on the Blender Cookie Werewolf tutorial, but instead dynamic topology was used to create both busts, and then a bit of trickiness with the retopology was used to create a suitable mesh for transformation.

Material is a simple mixture of glossy and subsurface scatter... rendered at a measly 300 samples (Hence the noise).
Might give him some ear hair next...
