Only a lone 2D concept art and a very brief description from the original digivice toy that pointed out it was based on a fake dandelion (Hypochaeris Radicata). So I went with mixing modelling the petals and arrange them around with the mouse, pushing and shoving the vertexes until it made sense... until there were a mesh of wires so huge I couldn't distinct the vertexes I was moving around anymore :( I wish Blender had a "highlight this part" feature, in which the wires of that part of the model would highlight from the rest of the wires in that same mesh so that you could focus, in this case, on a particular petal, but that's a wish I don't think it will ever turn to reality :P
As for the particle system, still glitchy as ever, I tried my best to reduce the amount of them poking out of randomly, but the comb tool and even the shrinking one wouldn't work on sizes like that and would still poke out and stop to react to the comb tool anyways.
