Blender 2.71 - 2.72b was used for the modeling and texturing. I added a slight glow around the windows using Photoshop and enhanced the saturation of some of the rust stains with Photoshop as well. I started this as an exercise in shading/materials and got caught up in it. I was especially interested in trying to overlay textures with an alpha channel (the rust stains) without adversely affecting the underlying texture. The completion status of this image is "finished until I look at it more closely and notice things I want to change".
