For my first game attempt I decided to go back to one of my earliest gaming memories; Super Mario Bros on the NES. I am going for a 3D version of the side scroller which I figured would be an easy way to start with Unity. I am finding that nothing is easy when you don't know what you are doing :)
So far I have just "blendered" most of the level and enemies. I'm playing with javascript and have managed to create instances of coins coming out of a brick when punched. It's not easy but it's fun :)
