Made in Blender. I started with the teapot mesh and modified it into the sugar bowl. Salt and pepper shakers are from YellowPanda on Blendswap. Everything else I have modeled, shaded and textured. I had great frustration with the roses. That, of course, brought great satisfaction when done. I used Blender's depth of field on the background rather than compositing. This may still be a WIP, or I may decide it is finished - I haven't made my mind up yet. I'm a hobby user of Blender and have put in about 100 hours with Blender thus far, after starting with 0 knowledge of 3D and the technical aspects of art.
