FIRST, I think... anyways, yeah, sorry if it's a bit messy and random, that's just my style :P Been a while since I've done any cartoonish stuff, even though it's one of my favorites. Thanks for hosting the contest!
The monocle was inspired by the circle in the skeleton overlaping the eye when I was drawing, then the fedora just grew naturally from that. He's a blue, casual, classy, sheep-eating dragon, who loves to dine upon lamb chops burnt to a nice, blackened crisp.
