After leaving the sculpting stage with what appeared to be a frogman';s mask, I have tried to develop the helmet into something a bit more Sci-fi.
it now looks a little like a fighter pilot helmet, with the prismatic eye pieces being used to decipher images from many directions!
No going to attempt the re-topology stage, I may be some time again.
