I figured out that the only way to render hair in Cycles is to actualy model a strand of hair and then change the particle system so it renders objects.(change this by going to RENDER in the particle system and change it to OBJECT)
It took about an hour and forty minutes at 100 passes. So when I get the money I'll buy a better graphics card and then maybe a new processor(also why I didn't make a tutorial).Mainly because your rendering full objects as hair so I'm sure Cycles needs to take some extra time for everything to go smoothly.
This is because Cycles treats the old way of making hair as just a line of verticies and not as particle hair. It needs faces to render.
I also wonder how long it'll take till all my hard work will be simplified in a future version of Blender.
