well, finally i finished this last image. I retook an old own concept character and improved a bit giving to it some more realistic shaders and background, but continuing with it's cartoonish personality . What you can see is the final render, only using photoshop to add the rain and doing some retouches to the cape. Hope you like, by me side i'm lot satisfied (never forgetting that everything can be improved) because the final image is so close what i have in my mind at the begining of this work.
