It's...not super. Maybe it just needs a little more finessing but you can see funky spots, like on the index finger.
Lesson learned: Don't sculpt in a cute pose. Even if you are doing cartoony sausage fingers it helps to have some indication of knuckles. I also should have posed the thumb a bit more extended,
