The tree is incidental, this was more a case of re-visiting my roots in ceramics and creating something that one day when I have a workshop again I might actually make.
The outer pot would be a stoneware clay (not decided which yet, the image is based on porcelain but that probably isn't the best one to use), the inner pot is terracotta.
It's not easy to see in the image but the inner pot and what it sits in are bulb shaped so I'd have to make and fire the outer pot first then fit the inner pot into the space and fire again.
