I wanted to try this tutorial but, I went on to create two stylized animals. I’ve seen on TV about an elephant that painted with brushes and, a raccoon that painted with watercolors and used small sponges as a brush. And I thought, what would be more appropriate than an elephant and a raccoon painter.
So, I create these two characters. They are stylized all right, with two-tone color shading but, they are over polished and with clean line art. I used Krita’s stabilizer
I feel I failed at the unkempt, loose style of this tutorial. But I like the colors. I choose for the décor the major colors of Krita’s logo that hit the eye as a contribution to this free, good program that I enjoy using.
