This stream is a live critique for participants of this month's Community Challenge. We believe in sharing WIP and we are convinced that feedback is one of the best ways to improve your CG Skills as well as your Challenge Entry.
The stream will be hosted on Tuesday July 23rd by Jonathan Lampel and Jonathan Williamson! Please keep in mind, we can do about 12-15 critiques in the two-hour stream slot. If we get many more than that, we may pick submissions that have the most widely applicable feedback.
How to enter your work for Live Critique:
- Post an image of your Vehicle Project as a reply to this forum thread with the title Live Critique Submission at the top.
- Optionally, if you have multiple images, create a project on your gallery page and then post a link to it here.
- IMPORTANT: Please provide context for the project with a description that gives us an idea of what you're trying to achieve.
- "I'm going for realism but something feels off and but I don't know what..."
- "I'd like to match the style of ______. What should I do to get there?"
- The deadline for submitting is Sunday July 21st.
Omar comes first, Phil!
And I'll have enough time for the final render..
That thing has a lot of potential with all of us though.
Damnit I keep forgetting about Sheepit.
Spikey, you could have tossed in on Sheepit. We would have had it rendered in no time ;)
Today's cookies by the way are nothing special, just soft-baked chocolate chip.
I'll blame the heat melting my brain.
Yeah, like a black-and-yellow checker/stripe taxi livery or something :)
Oh wait, you're referring to Spikey's render, I'm dumb.
It's three, Omar. No time to render with motion blur, which would make it more clear
Three bees stuck in a honeycomb!
