    ctrl+F is not used to search, it brings up some face options, similar to ctrl+E (Edge options) or ctrl+V (Vertex options). When you press ctrl+F you can find also find Grid fill there. That's what I meant. :)

    Each time iuse the spacebar for search, the first thing i see is "Search command: F3" x)
