Vehicle modeling is pure hard surface modeling. Therefore it's important to be proficient with general polygon modeling techniques. This first week, we're ramping into this particular modeling skillset to prepare us for the vehicle modeling extravaganza to come!

Yeah mechanical rigging can be cool it's just the rigging for organic characters. Weight painting will always be my downfall.
I don't know....I think Kent cheated a little bit this month - none of the livestream thumbnails have a pose for him to replicate at the beginning of the livestream.
While some disciplines are more challenging, I too enjoy it all. CG is a very satisfying endeavor imo
