Omar there is an addon called loop tools, not sure if its got the same features though

QUESTION: there is a tool in 3DS Max called Flow Connect (gif of demo 👆🏽) is there something like that in Blender?
Couldn't you select the vertices along the edge, then alt-s shrink them down a bit?
