Ctrl+Spacebar for anyone wondering how to expand a Blender window to full screen.
[Q] Hi Kent, Thank you for these demonstrations they are very helpful. Would you be able to show us how to UV different objects into one UV map?
undiscovered whisper... Andrew Price is a lovely guy, but a lot of times, he has no idea what he is talking about...just like me ;)
[Q] Don't forget the Door Lamp example.
need to read up on (all of) that for sure spikeyxxx !
: )
but for the task at hand, deadlines and all... I'm not sure if I had the "wrong idea" what specular does (possible:) or it has changed with times and tech...
specular set to 1 = 8% specular reflection. If I understand correctly, metals have a specular of 100%
I did some reading, and a specular of 0.5 is actually a specular of 4%
I think Blender Guru said to leave Specular to 0.5 if you are going for realism and only adjust the roughness to taste.
That's a good idea Jake, easier to recall the hotkey
when extruding, check update uvs.
