iironsoul I am no expert on baking, but I think that is already possible in vanilla Blender (try Cage
high res is for baking a texture purpose and low res is for mesh, so then low res gets unwrapped to place the texture on the object
one thing that would be helpful for baking would be a way to explode out the components of the model. I wonder if there's an addon for this...
