    Thanks benkroft ......hm.......that reminds me of similar behavior when you apply a curve modifier when rotation/scale were not 1:1

    I wonder if it has something similar to do with that. Remember my post about the strange curve modifier behavior and how I submitted a bug and blender devs said it was normal and intended?!?
