This event is part of the January 2018 Class, "Getting Started with 3D Modeling & Blender".
There’s still much more to learn about modeling with Blender! Remember, it’s a craft. Time + practice is the only way to develop your modeling skills. In today's stream we'll discuss the journey of becoming a skilled modeler as well as the potential for turning it into a career.
As the final Live Event for the class, I’m going to sift through homework submissions to commend my favorites and offer critiques!
I've found this great program for reference. It's called PureRef... just though it might be useful for others.
Not just for inspiration, but also for details!
We're only as good as our instructor!

I did a curved dresser last year.. .that was fun.
Thanks that is good idea, the wrangler
I liked the kit bashing approach
I remember doing a tutorial on creating a stripe texture based on Bartek Skorupa's wood shader.. and a few months later, an update to the Wave texture made it much simpler!
Indeed. Can't wait for the next class!
