[Q] Is it possible to archieve something like this in blender or would it be better to use a different programm for something like this?

Spikey, you can draw well, if you learn to visualise minute details in sections. I always visualise grits of pencils on mind's paper, smudges of charcoal, strokes of lines. The more you do that, the better you will get and it will show in your artworks.

I always visualize everything I make before in my mind, because I can't draw very well;)
